Is it free to join Again?

Yes. Joining the waitlist, creating your account and completing your compatibility profile cost nothing. You are never charged to wait for a Circle.

Do I need an invitation before I can create my profile?

Accepted Answer

No. Anyone can join the waitlist and complete a profile immediately, and it costs nothing. An invitation is only about a specific Circle offer, which arrives when a group that fits you has been built and reviewed.

How do the waitlist, my profile, Try Again and membership fit together?

Joining the waitlist is free and takes a moment. You can create your account and compatibility profile straight away, without waiting for an invitation. In Stockholm you can then take a Try Again ticket or wait to be matched into a four week Circle. In cities that have not opened yet, your profile is ready and waiting until we launch there. Membership only starts if you accept a Circle offer.

When does billing start?

Only after you accept a Circle offer. We match first, the Again team reviews the group, and you decide whether that Circle is right for you. Membership begins at the point you accept your seat.

What does membership pay for?

Accepted Answer

The curation: a group selected around your profile and preferences, four experiences chosen and booked for that group, the four week Circle with Circle Home, chat and RSVPs, all the venue and logistics work behind the scenes, and the support and safety operations that sit behind all of it. Whatever a restaurant, cafe or activity charges on the day is expected event spend and is separate from your membership.

Why pay for this when a bar or a meetup is free?

Because you are not paying for somewhere to go. A bar, a party or a networking night gives you whoever happens to be there, once, with all the coordination left to you. Again selects a small group around your profile, preferences and availability, chooses and books an experience built for that group, and repeats it weekly for four weeks so people you are more likely to click with get the time that friendship actually needs.

What if no Circle is right for me?

You keep your place and you are not charged. We would rather keep someone waiting than place them into a group that does not fit, so a Circle only reaches you once the match is good enough.

Question 8

Can I cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Membership is monthly and you can cancel at any time. You keep access for the period you have already paid for.

What happens if I change my mind after accepting a Circle?

Tell us as early as you can through Help and support, because your seat can still be offered to someone else while the Circle is being formed. What happens to an already paid membership period depends on our published policies rather than a promise made here.

What is the difference between Free, Premium and Plus?

Free is your waitlist place and compatibility profile. Premium is one curated Circle of six meeting weekly for four weeks, with experiences chosen for your group, Circle Home, chat, RSVPs and safety support. Plus is for people who want a wider social world sooner: priority in matching, the option of an additional Circle, and extended Belong features after your run.

How many people are in a Circle?

Circles are deliberately small. The current format is six people, which is big enough for a real group and small enough that everyone gets to know each other. These are not events with a crowd.

How long does a Circle last?

Four weeks. Your Circle meets once each week during that run, and Belong opens afterwards.

Do I meet the same people every week?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and that is the whole point. One good evening is not a friendship. Seeing the same people across four different settings is what turns a pleasant introduction into familiarity, and familiarity into something that lasts.

How are people matched?

We use what you tell us in your compatibility profile, together with practical constraints like your city, the evenings you can make and how far you are willing to travel. Again reviews every candidate Circle before it is offered. We do not use politics, religion, race or ethnicity, health, sexual orientation, income or wealth, or criminal history. Dietary needs, average spend range and event logistics are used to choose suitable places, never to decide who you are matched with.

Can I choose who is in my Circle?

No, and that is deliberate. There is no browsing or swiping through people. Again curates the group, the Again team reviews it, and you choose whether to accept the Circle. At the end of the four weeks you privately choose who you would like to keep seeing, and a connection is only revealed when it is mutual.

What happens after the four weeks, and can I join another Circle later?

Again either continues the Circle or completes it. Either way Belong opens: your private connection choices are revealed where they are mutual, and the Circle chat stays available for a limited period. When a Circle continues, the group can also organise one shared next plan together. You can then say you are open to a future Circle, and you go back into matching when a suitable group forms. We do not promise an immediate placement.

Question 17

Is Again only about dinners?

No. A dinner is often part of a run, but a Circle can also mean coffee, a walk, a daytime activity, a workshop, or something cultural or creative. The format changes across the four weeks on purpose, because people show different sides of themselves in different settings.

Question 18

How much do events cost?

Accepted Answer

That follows your average spend range, which you set yourself. The bands are a USD equivalent average per person: $ is 10 to 20, $$ is 20 to 40 and $$$ is 40 to 60, shown in your local currency. Lower cost events are always fine. We do not send you to an event whose expected average spend per person is above the top of your band. This is a comfort setting, not a statement about income.

Can I change my average spend range?

Yes, in Edit profile at any time. The change applies to events that do not have a place booked yet. If it conflicts with something already confirmed, the Again team reviews it rather than the booking quietly disappearing.

Question 20

What if I have dietary needs?

Accepted Answer

Record them privately in Edit profile. We only send a Circle to a place where every stated need has been verified for that specific venue, and anything a venue field cannot settle is confirmed by a person before your table is booked. Your dietary needs are never shown to other members and never affect who you are matched with.

What if I need something specific from a venue or activity?

There is an optional event logistics note in Edit profile. Step free access, a quieter setting or particular seating are typical examples. You do not need to explain why, and we do not ask for reasons or conditions. Again reads it when choosing a place, other members never see it, and it never affects matching.

Will I ever be sent to the same venue twice?

No. Again will not send you back to a venue you have already been to through Again. Two locations of the same chain count as different places when they are genuinely different locations.

What is Try Again?

Try Again is a single ticket to one standalone Spark meetup with a small group. A few people, a place we choose, and a short easy window to talk. Every Try Again is a fresh Spark, so you meet other Try Again members once. If you want the full Again experience later, your Circle starts separately from Week 1.

Is Try Again a membership?

No. It is a one time ticket with nothing recurring. The four week Circle is still the main way Again works, and Try Again is simply a way in for people who are not ready to commit to four weeks yet.

What does Try Again cost?

A single ticket is $9, a USD equivalent shown in your local currency. There is nothing recurring. Whatever you order at the cafe or bar is separate from the ticket and paid by you on the day.

Can I pay for a ticket right now?

Not yet. Ticket payment is not switched on during the pilot, so you can reserve a place and we confirm it with you inside your account. Nothing is charged until paid checkout is live and the ticket terms are shown to you first.

When can I attend?

On selected Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, at midday or in the evening, in any week of the month. We open a limited number of sittings based on real demand and what we can book well, so what you see on the Try Again page is everything that is actually open.

Do I have to wait for a particular week?

No. Try Again is its own standalone Spark product and does not follow the four week Circle calendar, so a sitting can fall in any week of the month. We only list dates we have genuinely opened.

What happens at a midday session?

Midday sessions are cafe based. Coffee, a table, a small group and a short window that fits around a working day. No dinner and nothing to organise.

What happens at an evening session?

Evening sessions are bar based. A relaxed table for a drink and conversation. It stays deliberately simple, because a first meet is about the people rather than the event.

How many people are at a Try Again meetup?

A standalone group of four to six people, put together by Again for that one sitting. It is not an existing Circle and nobody is dropped into a group that is already running.

Can I join week 2, 3 or 4 with a single ticket?

No. A ticket covers one session only. Weeks 2, 3 and 4 belong to the four week Circle and are not sold separately.

Can I join an existing Circle for one week?

Accepted Answer

No. A Circle is a fixed group of six who meet each other every week, and adding a visitor would change the group for everyone. Try Again groups are standalone from start to finish.

What happens after a Try Again meetup?

The sitting ends there. Try Again does not open Belong, mutual connection choices or a shared next plan, because those belong to a four week Circle. If you want more, complete your compatibility profile and you go into matching for a Circle in the normal way.

Does a Try Again ticket guarantee a Circle later?

No. It gives you one experience and a real feel for how Again works. If you then want a Circle you go through matching in the normal way, and a Circle only reaches you once the group is right.

Can I pick where we meet?

No. Again chooses the place and the group, exactly as we do for Circles. You choose from the dates and times we have opened, and we handle the rest.

Can I buy more than one Try Again ticket?

One Try Again per calendar month. You can pick any open sitting in that month, and once you take one your next is in the following month. It is an introduction rather than a standing invitation, and repeated one off meetups are not what turns an introduction into a friendship.

What if I cannot make one of the four meetups?

Update your RSVP in Circle Home as early as you can, so the group and the booking can be adjusted. Things come up and one missed week does not end your Circle. Repeated last minute cancellations are handled under our attendance policy.

Can my availability change after I join?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Update availability is where you keep your evenings and travel time current, and future matching uses whatever is current at the time. It does not move a meetup that has already been scheduled, so use your RSVP for a specific week.

What happens if someone drops out or repeatedly does not show?

Attendance and late cancellations are recorded privately for the Again team, never as a public score and never visible to other members. Repeated no shows or disruptive behaviour are handled directly with that person, up to and including removal from the platform.

What if something happens that makes me uncomfortable?

Report it in the app. A person reads every report, nothing you write is shared with the member you are reporting, and we can restrict or remove someone while we look into it. If you are ever in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

What information can other members see about me?

Only your member profile: your first name, your photo and what you chose to share about yourself. Your dietary needs, average spend range, event logistics note, availability, reports, reliability record, support conversations and privacy requests are private operational data and are never shown to other members.

Can I block someone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Blocking takes effect immediately, the other person is not told, and we will not place the two of you in a future Circle together. You can block someone without filing a report, though telling us what happened helps us spot patterns.

How do I contact Again if I need help?

Use Help and support inside your account. Every conversation stays in one secure thread with the Again team, which is also where anything about billing, your Circle or your data is handled.

What do I get for introducing someone to Again?

Accepted Answer

Both sides get something. The person you invite gets 10% off their first paid Again experience, and you earn a discount of your own that grows as more of your invitations turn into real members.

How does my discount grow?

Accepted Answer

Your first qualified referral earns 10% off. Three earns 15%, five earns 20%, and ten earns 25%, which is the highest discount we give. Reaching a higher level raises the discount you are already holding rather than giving you a second one.

What counts as a qualified referral?

A referral qualifies when the person you invited creates their own account and completes their compatibility profile. A waitlist email on its own does not count, and you cannot refer yourself with a second address.

Can I combine discounts?

No. One discount applies to one purchase, and we always apply the highest one you hold. Discounts are never added together and they have no cash value.

What are points for, then?

Points are a progress signal and a form of recognition. They are not money and they never change who you are matched with. Discounts come from qualified referrals, not from your points balance.

Will Again Rewards stay exactly like this?

Possibly not. The programme is intentionally flexible while we learn what makes an introduction feel generous rather than transactional. If we change how rewards work, any discount you already hold is honoured.
