Safety

Designed so that showing up feels easy.

Meeting new people should feel low-risk. Again's format, data handling and moderation are all built with that in mind.

Small groups, never one-on-one

Circles are six people. First meetups happen in public venues at ordinary hours. Group settings are simply safer than a first meeting alone with a stranger.

Every Circle is reviewed by a person

No Circle launches automatically. A human reviews composition and match quality and can hold, rebuild or reject any group.

Your matching answers stay private

What you share for matching is separate from your public profile. Other members never see your compatibility answers, and gender is used only for Circle composition.

Reporting and blocking, always available

You can report or block from a profile, a Circle, a meetup or a message. Blocking immediately stops matching and communication in both directions.

A real Trust & Safety process

Reports are handled by our Trust & Safety team with a documented record of decisions. Reporter identity and internal case information are never exposed to other members.

If something goes wrong

Report it inside the product, or open Help and support in your account. Every message becomes a tracked case handled by a person at Again. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Our expectations of every member are set out in the Community Standards.
